Kevin E. Boucher has spent more than three decades helping leaders, institutions, and organizations turn big ideas into platforms, partnerships, and measurable results.

A career spent organizing people around ideas that matter.

Kevin is the Chief Strategy and Communications Officer at Operation HOPE and President of HOPE Global Forums. In that role, he helps shape the organization’s public voice, thought leadership, major convenings, communications, digital strategy, and executive engagement.

He has helped build platforms and partnerships that bring together leaders from business, government, media, technology, philanthropy, and civil society around one central goal: expanding access to opportunity.

Across his career, Kevin has worked with major institutions, public leaders, global brands, civic organizations, and community movements. His experience spans economic development, nonprofit leadership, public policy, media, sports, entertainment, advocacy, and organizational transformation.

But the thread running through all of it is simple:

Kevin helps people and institutions organize around ideas that matter.
